FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ian is the award-winning creative director + founder of BigEyedWish. He and his team have had the pleasure to work with some of the world’s biggest clients like telecom giant AT&T, Nestle, DIAGEO, and Macy’s while helping other ambitious entrepreneurs build their brand from scratch. Striking the balance of building both brand and business is BigEyedWish’s specialty. When he’s not working, Ian enjoys eating cereal and spending time with his wife and two children.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Melissa is the managing director of BigEyedWish...literally. Melissa manages and directs everything at the agency. There’s not a client or creative that doesn’t love working with Melissa, for good reason. Her ability to flawlessly juggle anything thrown her way, without missing a beat is unrivaled. Plus, she fills every room or Zoom with an abundance of light and laughter. (And no she’s not for hire, but many have tried).

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Elsa is the multi-hyphenate Account Executive of BigEyedWish. On any given day, she’ll be quarterbacking client projects, briefing the design team and copywriting alongside them. Elsa started with BigEyedWish as a summer intern for two consecutive years and joined full time after graduating from UNC Chapel Hill. She keeps our young(ish) team young; she will not be accepting communication with laughing emojis at this time.
